We manufacture Industrial Magnetic Grills which are made of stainless steel tubes and ensure long lasting performance. Each tube consists of line of permanent disc magnets and is specially designed to generate high magnetic forces. Our designed Magnetic Hopper Grills can be supplied by using either ferrite or rare earth magnets. The tubes have a diameter of either 1” or 1.5”. We offer Grills made up in custom designs according to clients’ specifications.
Application:Magnetic Grills are used for trapping ferrous impurities from minerals, plastics, food stuffs, raw materials, etc. This can be installed, in hoppers, bins, chutes, and so on.
- Multi Stage Magnetic Grills (Drawer Housing): This drawer housing is made of stainless steel material. More than one grill is placed over another to purify the ferrous impurity. There are two Types of housing mainly manual cleaning and self cleaning system.
In manual cleaning system, the drawers have magnetic tube in alternate centre position to move the materials in zigzag direction to capture the tramp metal. To clean the captured tramp metal, the drawer is pulled out and cleaned manually. This housing is fitted with a door to prevent from dust.
In this self cleaning system, the Magnetic Grill Rods have been inserted into stainless steel tube fixed inside the housing. To clean the tramp metal outside the SS tube, just release the locking clamp and pull the magnetic rods outside. The captured tramp metal falls automatically because of Non Contact Magnetic Rods.
