OverBand Magnetic Separator
Our company has specialisation in manufacturing of Overband Self Cleaning Magnetic Separators (OBMS) which are made up with powerful permanent magnets used for removing magnetic parts from the flow of raw material passing through the conveyor belt in production line. These Self Cleaning Magnetic Separators are generally installed above the conveyor belts or vibratory feeders. Both Overband Self Cleaning Magnetic Separator and Suspended Magnets can be made up with electro magnetic system. Our manufactured Self Cleaning Separator has a short centre conveyor belt driven by double pulley belt drive to remove collected tramp metal from the magnet face.
